Words and Music
I now know what it’s like for the studio rats who never see the light of day. I’ve been working these past few weeks to finish up producing a couple of solo singer-songwriter projects that have been taking tons of time. Time well spent though! And lots of great songs in the cooker… 
Now it’s back to polishing up demos that I’m pitching for outside artists with my main writing team ‘SpaceHeat’.
It’s been a while since done I’ve any bloggin’ up here – sorry! What can I say but Happy Holidaze.
I’ve been busy working on lots of new music. Mostly writing songs and producing for other artists. It’s been a great year overall and I am very thankful to those of you who have supported me by buying the music on iTunes and the CDs too. I am working on a new EP right now that will be finished in the spring, I promise to keep you posted on that… it’s gonna ROCK! Not really, but it’ll be really romantic and breathy, as always. :)

Tonight is the last episode of ‘Hopkins’… Just wanted to put up a note to say thanks to everyone who’s visited me here and asked for the songs from the show. I’ve sold more downloads on iTunes than ever before due to the success of the show and it’s been a really big boost for me as a music-maker.

…was intense, of course. I loved writing for this one, though. The editor on this episode was Pagan Harleman and she was awesome to work with, highly talented with her musical intuition and great with the emotional moments.
I just got a couple requests for ‘Better Friend’, which has been featured on a few episodes so far.

Well, I’ve seen it already but, man, that episode is intense!!! I think I cried the whole time, sheeesh!!! Anyhow, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about which song that was at the end – the song is called ‘Me and You’ and it’s off the Goodbye EP.

Hope you have been watching the Showtime show ‘I Can’t Believe I’m Still SIngle’.
It’s got some racy moments but I’m getting a kick out of it. People like Eric ( are there other people like Eric..?) have their own view of the world and they really push it to the limit at times – which makes for great stories on TV because sometimes the envelope goes pretty well past the point.
‘Hopkins’, on the other hand, is not a funny show -
but it has been pushing the envelope and peoples buttons all over the country. It’s a love / hate thing, it seems… Anyhow, I really really really appreciate all of you who have been watching the show and listening to the music. It’s been an amazing experience working on it and I’m so happy that you are finding the show (and the music) moving.
Thanks to all who watched ‘Hopkins’ on ABC thursday night. The show did well in the ratings and I got a lot of really, really nice responses and supportive kudos. I really appreciate it! I know most of you have a pretty good idea of how hard I’ve been woking on this series and how much it means to me.

Here’s the theme from the show ‘Hopkins’ the ABC series I wrote songs and score for… it premiered tonight at 10pm, hope you were able to check it out! It can get pretty dramatic at points, but I love it – even though some of it is hard to watch.
As I’ve been saying - the orignal version of this is only about a minute long, so I’ve written more music and put together a special version to put up here.
